I totally fell in love with Gozo and with this Guesthouse. Very friendly sisters and their father who made me feel welcome. They gave some very helpful tips. The room and bathroom (great shower!) were very nice and everything was very clean. Good location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop. Il-Girna II Residence is situated in a quiet location with ample parking space around. One has the possibility of going for a walk with breathtaking views of the countryside or else head towards Ta' Cenc cliffs, both of which are advisable to wear comfortable footwear.

The farmhouse was spacious,comfortable and very well equipped with private pool and sunbeds. Monica was most helpful with booking trips, taxis and any other queries (although the square is only a ten minute walk). The starter food pack was so welcome on arrival off a late flight.
We (four ladies) loved this spacious accommodation but it would also be ideal for a family.

Great views and Marsalforn is a good, quiet place to stay on Gozo. Raphael very helpful and would ask daily if we needed anything. It's basic and a bit sparsely decorated, but clean, safe, and a good choice if you just want a good price for a place to stay with good views, right near a couple nice harbours with facility to cook on your own. As a restaurant suggestion, La Pulena (italian) on seafront in Marsalforn was great, and the Otter on the way from apartments to town was very nice as well.

I spent two fantastic weeks at the Lantern Guest House. The family that run this place worked extremely hard to provide a clean and friendly atmosphere and meet requests from guests. The fan in my room was ample to provide relief from unseasonable heat & breakfast had a variety of choices including Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Breads, Ham, Salami, Chese, Cakes and Bacon and eggs (cooked as per your request) I thank the Saliba family for their Hospitality!
