  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.

  An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel.   the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is beautiful... lovely views. staff very helpful. right out side is a bus stop if you want a quick ride up to Valletta. lots of bars and eaterys close by, walking distance.   The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

Definitely recommended - Staff were very accommodating, both in terms of the stay in the hostel itself and giving us advice on how to get around Malta. The location is excellent, a short walk from Sliema, St Julien's and Paceville, while the bus stop is just 50m away. There is a small general store across the road. Hostel has free internet, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an extensive kitchen. It was easy to meet fellow hostelers too, and there was a good friendly spirit around the building.

  It was smack bang in the middle of Sliema, close to the High Street. I needed a hair dryer which I got without paying deposit. Great decor and plenty of space. All crockery and cutlery was available, nice new flat screen tv. We arrived when there were refurbishment works going on, but that did not disturb us. Good shower and good size bathroom.
