  Excellent Service - Very helpful and friendly staff. Spa and sports facilities were great, I really enjoyed the ayurvedic massages. Special thanks to Thomas (waiter restaurant downstairs) and Nandor (for all his trouble on making a very special coctail). Really good restaurants, including the breakfast buffet.   Our stay at Lantern was excellent! This hotel is family run, and the caretaker, Joseph, did everything he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including staying up late to accommodate our late arrival. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and the breakfast (made in traditional Maltese style by Joseph and his family) was freshly made and very good. They even watched our luggage while we were out sightseeing after we had checked out, which made the day af - I spent two fantastic weeks at the Lantern Guest House. The family that run this place worked extremely hard to provide a clean and friendly atmosphere and meet requests from guests. The fan in my room was ample to provide relief from unseasonable heat & breakfast had a variety of choices including Fresh Fruit, Cereal, Breads, Ham, Salami, Chese, Cakes and Bacon and eggs (cooked as per your request) I thank the Saliba family for their Hospitality!

  Everything was wonderful, the room was much larger than expected. And breakfast (eggs) were freshly prepared to order. The diving centre next door was excellent and Tom was an amazing instructor. - We had two double rooms just outside the pool. Very convenient.   The hotel is very pleasant and the staff were very helpful. However, the spectacular setting sets this hotel apart. The hotel overlooks Xlendi Bay and the sea view rooms have fantastic views. We splurged for a terrace suite. Overall, this hidden gem is among the best places we have stayed and we will go out of our way t - St Patrick's is right on the beach. It has a generous breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff and the room was very comfy. Love the ambiance and the soft bed. The air-conditioning is a real plus. Also, if you need the bus it is right behind the hotel and takes you to the main historical city, Victoria. Great hotel and staff!
