  The staff were friendly and very helpful especially Lindsey who was on duty at 1.30am when we arrived. The hotel was basic but clean. This location suited my husband and myself as it was quiet, and the local buses were very good and cheap. I would be careful about recommending this part of St Paul's Bay because it would maybe too quiet for some... vad folk säger » but we would go back there again - very friendly staff, the view from the room was magnificent.   This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   Hotellpersonalen var trevlig. - Hotel tried to have some form of entertainment every night. they also provided a very good breakfast. we have stayed there a number of times, and will go back. - Nice staff, good location, things to do for teenagers.
