  Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. Breakfast was at main building). - Great staff and a great spot. Easy to get into town as the bus stops out the front of the main unit building.   We stayed in Depiro Point from the 3rd of April to the 10th April 2013. We were warmely welcomed on our arrival by Neil and Daniel Farrugia and their father who own the property and are responsible for the manning the front office, which is located ideally at the front of the building, should one have any inquiry during their stay. The Aparments a... hva folk sier » re new and furnished in a light and contemporary fashion. We were awarded the pentouse apartment, on the seventh floor, which gave a marvelous aspect - 1St Class. Brand new apartments. Very well finished. Very comfortable and peaceful location. Couldn't really fault. Great location but only a few minutes from the front and 10/15 mins walk to Sliema ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets). Nice to have large tv , dvd player and wi fi was excellent. For a few extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our return. Will be back!!

  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices. Also ... hva folk sier » after arriving I had problem with the air condition in my room, and they sent someone immediately. The location of the hotel is also perfect. - The location of the hotel which was close to all facilities. The hotel itself had a good friendly atmosphere and noting was too much trouble.
