  Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me an upgrade to a room with sea view at no extra charge. Very nice of him indeed. He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). I had to leave a 10 euro deposit for the TV remote, which I found a little odd - but I gues... vad folk säger » s they opted out for this precautionary measure after quite a few experiences with tourists taking them home as souvenirs. As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

  It was smack bang in the middle of Sliema, close to the High Street. I needed a hair dryer which I got without paying deposit. Great decor and plenty of space. All crockery and cutlery was available, nice new flat screen tv. We arrived when there were refurbishment works going on, but that did not disturb us. Good shower and good size bathroom.   Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   We stayed in Depiro Point from the 3rd of April to the 10th April 2013. We were warmely welcomed on our arrival by Neil and Daniel Farrugia and their father who own the property and are responsible for the manning the front office, which is located ideally at the front of the building, should one have any inquiry during their stay. The Aparments a... vad folk säger » re new and furnished in a light and contemporary fashion. We were awarded the pentouse apartment, on the seventh floor, which gave a marvelous aspect - 1St Class. Brand new apartments. Very well finished. Very comfortable and peaceful location. Couldn't really fault. Great location but only a few minutes from the front and 10/15 mins walk to Sliema ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets). Nice to have large tv , dvd player and wi fi was excellent. For a few extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our return. Will be back!!
