The rooms were spottless. The bathroom very modern and clean. The room was furnished with a table and a chair, a closet with a fridge and a small safe, a very comfy double box spring bed. It was really nice to have an AC even if we didn't need it all -
The host, Charlie, is a really dedicated personality that understands the needs of persons having a good holiday: spacious room with an excellent bed (you can have a balcony room with a view to the harbour if you order it), always also fresh fruit at the breakfast table, but above all: an omnipresent landlord who cares about you: gives advice, ideas for trips and when he was asked about where to buy capers he brought us some homemade ones the following day, insisting that we accepted them as a

We´ve stayed for 3 nights at Sally Port City Pads. It is perfectly located, just 5 minutes from the centre, but in a quiet backstreet. It’s a nice old building, but the apartment is tastefully decorated and with modern interior. Liliana (the owner) was just great. The apartment was centrally located and very tastefully decorated. The location was excellent and within walking distance to many attractions and the main bus terminus. We were given a warm welcome by the owner, Liliana who was just lovely and extremely helpful. We had an amazing time in Valletta and hope to visit Sally Port City Pads in the not too distant future.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.

Knights in Malta is a beautiful old property with lovely designed spacious rooms. John and Dee are very friendly and made the stay quite special by e.g. serving malta specialities for breakfast. Naxxar is a great location for exploring Malta as nothing is further then 30min away. We had a small car and could explore the whole island easily. Also most of the good dive shops and dive sites are only 15min away.
We definitely recommend this as the place to stay for your holiday in Malta
