The bathroom very modern and clean. The room was furnished with a table and a chair, a closet with a fridge and a small safe, a very comfy double box spring bed. It was really nice to have an AC even if we didn't need it all - The host, Charlie, is a really dedicated personality that understands the needs of persons having a good holiday: spacious room with an excellent bed (you can have a balcony room with a view to the harbour if you order it), always also fresh fruit at the breakfast table, but above all: an omnipresent landlord who cares about you: gives advice, ideas for trips and when he was asked about where to buy capers he brought us some homemade ones the following day, insisting that we accepted them as a

  I stayed at the Sally Port self- catering apartments for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere quiet yet close to Valetta and its tourist attractions. The Sally Port Apartments in Senglea were a perfect choice for me. There are a no. of very good local restaurents close by on the Senglea waterfront. Travel to Valetta i - We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer. The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.   The location was wonderful. The villa is full of features. The villa Ta Ninu has a wonderful pool and garden area in middle of quiet surroundings, nearby the center of Xagħra. Facilities are perfect. We would stay to 100% again!

  Customer service was second-to-none. Host and hostess very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Eve's 'special' eggs were a delight for breakfast! As the room we had was not being immediately occupied the day we left, we were afforded a late afternoon checkout to accommodate our flight times, at no extra cost - fantastic! It was comfortable, luxurious spacious, clean, and beatifully decorated. The hosts themselves are hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They are generous and offered us to attend their events and to make drinks on several occaisions.
