  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel. I overheard a woman complaining that the floor was dusty!! This is Malta....Last w - We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 although we were 4 people. It was huge very comfortable, the dinner was very good served in buffet, and was the best bugdet hotel we have ever stayed. The staff was very good, especially the staff in the restaurant very friendly and smilley. We enjoyed our staying in this hotel.   Friendly, value for Money accommodation. Location. - The Customer Service, nothing was too much trouble. 3* Hotel which was exactly what it said it was. Friendly family run close to all amenities.
