  The hotel is absolutely amazing. Our rooom overloked the Capital City of Valletta. Restaurants were excellent especially Taste. Spas very reasonably priced and well worth every penny. Overall experience is wonderful. Shame we could not stay longer but will be back soon. - Fantastic facilities and location with really excellent staff and service.

  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.   Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful.   The price of this hotel and spa was amazing and the location couldn't be better, only a two second walk to the water. The spa was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the staff.   Hotel tried to have some form of entertainment every night. they also provided a very good breakfast. we have stayed there a number of times, and will go back. - Nice staff, good location, things to do for teenagers.
