  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious.   Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.
