  Our apartment was newly renovated and fully equipped. All towelling & bedding was new and our beds were the most comfortable we have ever stayed in whilst on holiday. Even small items like salt & pepper, washing up liquid, tea towel, dishcloths were provided. We also had an iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster & microwave. We had a ... what people say » small leak in our bathroom and mentioned this to the receptionist. Upon return to our apartment later that day we noticed our bathroom floor was comp - Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... what people say » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme. La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel. Le comfort, l'équipement et l'espace du studio (en fait un réel appartement avec chambre séparée). le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant.   i stayed at the crown hotel with my two daughters we enjoyed our week the staff were so helpful nothing was a problem amanda on reception was such a lovely girl she and all the staff made our stay so enjoyable we hope to stay again as soon as we can a big thank you to them all - The staff, Air con is really good, the pool on the roof was excellent... what people say » and it was in a brilliant location with the bus station very close.

  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment. The wellcome... what people say » package you find in the room is a nice surprise too, they provide first need goods you pay after deciding if you want it or not. - Good location. Bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel. Staff very helpful.
