  I am Maltese, and i like this hotel so much and i go so frequent, it is in the centre of so many attractions and night life. the hotel is so up to standard and inside everything is perfect, comfortable pillows, mattress and amongst all the cleanliness is inapplicable - Everything is great, location, service, hotel rooms, we stayed in the suite,... what people say » 60mq, with big balcony.   Very nice apartment, very friendly staff. Breakfast-Buffet was OK. Bus-Stop right in front of the Hotel (but apartment building was a few hundert meters down the street. Breakfast was at main building). - Great staff and a great spot. Easy to get into town as the bus stops out the front of the main unit building.   Hi, i just went for a business trip to malta and stayed at the Europa Hotel. The hotel is very nice, inviting hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful and I must say the location of this place is great... not to forget the amazing seaviews from their rooms... That really is a must have.   The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful. The view was fabulous and it was a very quiet place to stay if you want a get away from it ALL holiday.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel. The Staff were very helpful and amiable. The room was well designed and organised. Internet access was beneficial.

The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Huge thanks particularly to Lizzie (reception, lots of helpful tips and recommendations), Barbara (ever smiling, breakfasts cooked to order - brilliant!) and Milka (who looked after our room ... what people say » very well). Excellent location. Very pleasantly surprised that the 'room' we booked turned out to be a very modern mini suite with separate lounge / k - I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.
