  It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swimming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment.   Our stay was very positive. We found it contributed greatly to our first impressions of Malta, and we will be back.   The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping.   It has been really relaxing and well maintained environment, it was very green, airy with wonderful views and characteristic apartments. The beach is right there and one of the best ones on the Island.
