  Mixed feelings about this hotel. First impressions were good - nice big marble lobby with comfortable lounge. Also my room, when I finally found it, was large, attractive and very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. It's just that getting to it was a pain. Take the lift to floor 1 then walk through an underground tunnel then take another lift to m... what people say » y floor. Doesn't sound that hard but the lift kept stopping at other floors even with nobody there and there's no indication when you step out the lif - The impressive and imposing looks of this hotel are supported by equally impressive facilities and very professional and friendly staff. The hotel is situated on the main road through Mellieha, making it very easy to find and, with a bus stop immediately outside, a handy base for travelling to Gozo, Valletta and Mdina.   Very friendly staff - For the price we paid, we were very pleased with the room. Also the breakfast was good and anything that wasn't on the buffet was provided for if requested.

  The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful! - great service at a very good price

  The price of this hotel and spa was amazing and the location couldn't be better, only a two second walk to the water. The spa was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the staff.   Hotel tried to have some form of entertainment every night. they also provided a very good breakfast. we have stayed there a number of times, and will go back. - Nice staff, good location, things to do for teenagers.
