  I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The price is suitable concerning quality. - Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

Good variety of breakfast choices. Wonderful and reasonably priced restaurant menu with quality meals. - Room was very wide, airy and quiet - not facing the square.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils. The hotel was not especially booked, but it pleased us again to notice that we got nice seaview balcony (not all balconies... mitä ihmiset sanovat » feature seaview, some overlook a side street). Excellent value for money for those who prefer to prepare food independently (avoiding english breakfa - l'emplacement de l'hôtel : facile d'accès et calme. La gentillesse et la compétence du personnel. Le comfort, l'équipement et l'espace du studio (en fait un réel appartement avec chambre séparée). le rapport qualité/prix du restaurant.   Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops. Only a 5 minute walk from the main town square, the sea and restaurants. - The quality of the rooms, the location was great, we had a studio apartment with ki... mitä ihmiset sanovat » tchen, it was exactly what we needed. A store is just across the street which is all you need. We asked for a double bed, which they provided. Very friendly staff.

  sijainti oli meille sopiva, huone oli halpa, hinta/laatusuhde kohdallaan, 130 e/10 yötä ei voi itsellä olla paljon vaatimuksia, rauhallinen paikka, hyvinkäyttäytyviä turisteja - It was spotless clean, change of sheets and towels twice in 9 days, very well equipped, very confortable. The day of leaving the allow you to use the hotel facilities, swim... mitä ihmiset sanovat » ming pools etc, they even have a luggage room by a bathroom with shower and facilities to get ready prior to leave. Great idea from a very well managed stablishment. The wellcome package you find in the room is a nice surprise too, they provide first need goods you pay after deciding if you want it or not. - Good location. Bus stop is about 50 meters from the hotel. Staff very helpful.
