  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at VB Apartments. The owner was friendly and helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. The breakfast supplies were an added bonus as were the computer and wifi access. The apartment is situated very conveniently. He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

You stay in the big family house (five children). If you prefer to have a full privacy at quiet place, this property is not for you. Hostel has free internet, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an extensive kitchen. It was easy to meet fellow hostelers too, and there was a good friendly spirit around the building.

  It was smack bang in the middle of Sliema, close to the High Street. I needed a hair dryer which I got without paying deposit. Great decor and plenty of space. All crockery and cutlery was available, nice new flat screen tv. We arrived when there were refurbishment works going on, but that did not disturb us. Good shower and good size bathroom.
