We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional.   I really liked the flat, very bright and lovely. Two nice balcony with breath taking views over the city and harbor. Computer with Internet and wifi worked great. Expected that the TV just had German tv-channals so we brought some DVD-movies with us to watch, when we had to much sun.
