  We loved just about everything. The location was perfect - the food was excellent - the staff were friendly - The value was superb - the room was neat and clean - we had secure storage for valuables - - Stunning views over harbour and great location next to Valletta ferry from Sliema!   The staff were amazing. They treated you like royalty. The rooms were just amazing and when they mention room with a sea view, they really do have an amazing view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this hotel if you don't have really tight budget. Rooms were alot cheaper in off peak months and can get an upgrade very easily if available.   I like a lot our swimming pool which was opened during 10 hours each day. The Residence is located strictly in the centre of St. Julian's. Is ubicated very close to the Paceville (where are clubs, bars and nightlife) and shops, souvenirs, 4 minutes walk from Spinola Bay. We have an apartment with view of Spinola Bay. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.

  The hotel was very well located in St.Julians. Its located in a side street just off the main road. I could see the bay from my bathroom window only. There is a bus stop only a short stroll away and it was easy to walk to Paceville or Sliema along the Promenade. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the room was very spacious. The hotel was very quiet despite being very near the nightlife area. Staff were very helpful and breakfast was good, a continental mix with many options. Short walk to shops and the bus stops.   Booking a single room I was surprised getting a spacious double room, with big window, having lots of natural light, which is one of the most important things for me. I was a little bit sad that I was not that lucky to get a room with balcony, but I was happy with my room anyway. The staff is really helpful, friendly, giving you trip advices.
