  Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday.

  The staff was very helpful and being right on the water was great - I had a couple of complaints - they were dealt with promptly and I was compensated - for the most part the staff were very helpful.   An excellent hotel and suff, very clean envirolment, offers everything that a 5 star luxury hotel has to offer and mainly, I strongly recomend it without hesitation. - It lived up to its label: 5 Star Hotel.   Very comfortable, modern and spacious room with excellent facilities including TV with range of channels including main English TV channels and free wifi.   The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.
