Location was excellent for getting around any direction in Malta. Definitely recommended for touristy people because there are so many and maybe too many tourist organizers on the other side of the road by the port selling you deals and tour packages.

It's a budget hotel, but clean and appears to have been recently renovated. We were only there overnight so didn't try out the breakfast or the WiFi. The location is absolutely unbeatable--within five minutes' walk of the harbour ferry tours, the ferry to Valletta, and all major bus routes including an express route to the airport. After out stay at Corinthia St. Gorg, we already had a reservation at the Westin and stayed there for three nights, in hinesight we would have preferred to stay all four nights at Corinthia since we enjoyed it more. - Everything, we were staying at the Riveira, supposedly a 4* it was dreadful and wanted somewhere good for New Year's Eve - luckily we chose the Corinthia. Very helpful and friendly staff, whenever we asked Dieter was always willing to help. Fantastic location to Paceville (literally like a 5 min walk) and easy access to the rest of Malta by bus which is really cheap. The hotel itself is basic but lovely pool on the outside (though we went in off season so couldn't use), student bar and restaurant all integrated.
