  This was my 2nd stay at The Bugibba Hotel. Staff very pleasant & helpful, even when extremely busy & multi tasking. Layout of hotel is excellent. Food plentyful & varied. What people have to remember is that The Bugibba Hotel is NOT the Ritz. It is a BUDGET hotel.   Läget, vänlig personal. - Jag gillade att för ett mycket rimligt pris kunna boka ett rum/en studio med kök. Dessutom fick jag balkong och utsikt över havet, pool och ön Gozo. Rummet var mycket rent och välstädat. Köket innehöll allt det man behöver såsom ren handduk, disktrasa och diskmedel, dock ingen kaffekokare eller baskryddor.   The staff were amazing, very friendly and could not have been more helpful. I was on crutches for the duration of my holiday and they were so accommodating, all my requests were granted. a ground floor apartment, chair in the shower and bath mat to prevent slipping. Personalen är huuur skön som helst (fyra bröder), läget är guld och om du lyckas få det omåttligt populära rum nr.1 så kommer du knappt vilja lämna det! - Trevlig personal,bra bemötande,fina rena rum, bra läge i byn.

Everything was positive - I have spent a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is gorgeous and we were lucky enough to stay in room 601. It was comfortable, clean and best of all, overlooking the the bay. On arrival the receptionist took us not only to our room but guided us to the restaurant where breakfast is served. As the hotel is on different levels this was a great service. I will return to the hotel. I couldn't have asked for more.
