I stayed at the Sally Port self- catering apartments for 5 nights. I wanted somewhere quiet yet close to Valetta and its tourist attractions. The Sally Port Apartments in Senglea were a perfect choice for me.

We stayed for three nights at Sally Port Senglea and would have wished to stay longer.
The room was comfortable and very well designed although we loved to spend time on the rooftop terrace with a stunning (!) view of the old towns of Valetta and Vittoriosa.
The property has just been renovated which means it is in a perfect condition. Liliana - the owner of the house and the host - is a really nice person always ready to give tips and advice.

Perfect location, amazing views of the bay, staff willing to please you. There are parking spots easy to find (at least in late May). There are many bars around and noise from them are noticiable but not disturbing to my opinion, as windows are double glazed. I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution.

The room was simply amazing. It was comfortable, luxurious spacious, clean, and beatifully decorated.
The hosts themselves are hospitable and made us feel very welcome. They are generous and offered us to attend their events and to make drinks on several occaisions.
