  Good, clean, basic accommodation, no frills, but most things you needed were supplied. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close to several superettes for supplies, and also near bus stops. Facilities, bathroom, balcony, air-conditioning was completely ok. Bus stops and a very good supermarket are just around a 5minutes walk. I could store my luggage some hours before my original check-in time and take a walk to discover St Julians!

  We booked a standard twin room, but when we arrived we got upgraded for free to a huge, amazing double room with a balcony overlooking Balluta Bay! The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the beautiful Spinola Bay area with lots of restaurants and also to the clubs in Paceville. The staff were so helpful with any questions we had, t - We came very early and the very nice guy at the reception met us and friendly helped us with early checking in. He was very helpful during all our stay, but unfortunately I don't know his name. The location is exellent, great sea view, a lot of restaurants around. You can easily get to the airport by bus from the bus stop near the hotel. I've got everything what I was promised from the booking except proper Wi Fi. It was great holiday.

If you want a full english breakfast then pay for one or just enjoy the lovely continental breakfast provided. we had a nice holiday with a comfortable hotel to return to. we will recomend this hotel to everyone

It is in Xemxija, St. Pauls Bay, which is not crowded. There is a restaurant at the ground floor and few places to eat around. The place is calm and with the nice view to the bay with the boats there. The staff in the reastaurant (there You have to go for the key or if You have any problems) is really courteous. The room was tidy.

We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more.
