Paceville is very much a resort area, consisting mainly of holiday accommodation and has the largest concentration of restaurants ,bars and clubs in Malta. Paceville, pronounced "patch_y_ville" is the nightlife capital of Malta. The area has been recently upgraded with the opening of "Bay Street" , a quality shopping mall with top shops, restaurants , quality coffee shops and bars.

Facilities in the area range from state of the art clubs, Casino, state of the art cinemas, live music bars, ethnic restaurants and bars. Most places stay open quite late and fast food outlets provide fuel to those on a bar/club crawl.

Paceville lies on the hill between Spinola Bay and St George's Bay. It is the scene of Malta's year-round nightlife and offers leisure, entertainment and dining to suit all tastes.
