  A true 5 star hotel! Staff were extremely nice and helpful, room (sea view) and facilities were great, and the breakfast qualified directly for my top 3 ever (and I have seen a few...). Never tried the restaurant, but expect it was good as well.   The location was excellent for me as I had to work at the University (which was just across the valley). There was also a spacious car park which was useful, and it was also very easy to get onto the main road to travel around the Island. The staff were very friendly, helpful and pleasant.
