  We arrived close to 9pm and a concierge Joe met us. I really appreciated how he treat people. We were exhausted after the flight, but once we entered the hotel and Joe met us I was so surprised and pleased. Judging the staff on the example of Joe, I conclude that the staff is prefossional. I've stayed in many hotels so far in my life and this was the first time I said "thank you for a wonderful stay" as I checked out. The staff were friendly and informative, buffet meals were varied and tasty, sky lounge was beautiful, pool was super and the crazy golf was fun.

  the parking facilities are ok; the staff very professional; the location is not bad but a little far from the sea views, ( 10 minutes walking to get to sea views) but anyway we haven't go to malta to go beach or the like. the junio suite was great an a good price. I'd go back to that hotel in case. - The staff are warm, welcoming and professional... mitä ihmiset sanovat » . You are greeted by name. Any minor issues that we had were dealt with immediately. The location is convenient, away from the tourist bustle but just a short stroll to the waterfront, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd definitely stay at the Victoria again.

  We have just returned from a weekend break in the mid-term holidays and really look forward to come again! :) - the room was very nice and clean, and had all we needed,will stay there next time for sure.
