  Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays.   The hotel was lovely...great food at good prices. It was close to all you could want. I liked being able to make use of all pools and walk through to the water front. We got a water taxi from there to the blue lagoon for the day and dropped back..very handy.   The breakfast buffet was outstanding, one of the better ones we've had! The personnel were extremely nice and the service was outstanding. We got an outstanding deal on our room, as well. We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full.   We booked an apartment for 2 people and were pleased that it comprised area of around 50-60 m2, fitted with 2 bathrooms (!), of which we used only one, bedroom, living room and a functional kitchen with all necessary utensils.   Upon arrival, the receptionist offered me an upgrade to a room with sea view at no extra charge. Very nice of him indeed. He also helped me with a power plug adapter, as I was stupid enough to forget mine at home (Malta uses the British 1363 Type g socket). As I use to wake up late, c - I recommend this hotel. Location is excellent, staff is very helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast is good, however more or less the same every day. You have a panoramic view to the see from the breakfast room on the 6th floor. Next beach is just in front of the hotel, on the other side of the road. Several local buses stop here, which is very good if you want to explore the islands. (Station name: Antik.) Wifi is free and there is also an internet room (2,5 euros/hour) with computers

The location is excellent, a short walk from Sliema, St Julien's and Paceville, while the bus stop is just 50m away. There is a small general store across the road. Hostel has free internet, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as an extensive kitchen. It was easy to meet fellow hostelers too, and there was a good friendly spirit around the building.
