I read some reviews complaining about that. Some should bear in mind that Sliema is a night life area, not a monastery. However for the pickiest ones, ear plugs would be an easy solution. They rang around for a doctor then organised a taxi to take us to the medical centre and then organised our trip back. A friendly homely hotel. Couldn't fault anything. Off season renovations are underway should be a cracker of a hotel when these are finished. Good old fashioned service and just a short stroll to the centre of historic Valletta. Highly recommend.
