Superb location and extremely helpful staff. Excellent base to explore Gozo from.The superior sea view room was pleasant, with a good size bathroom and had a lovely view over looking the sea and Harbour. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. The waiting staff were also were good, when focused. The barbeques and buffet on floor 8 were also pleasant and puddings good. On the whole, a good hotel, 4 star rating.The view, the room in general and the food was also quite good. Very lovely hotel great room and good food.The room was very nice and clean and comfortable with an amazing seaview.They have excellent front office staff and an excellent breakfast. Multi gym machine in the fitness room needed servicing. not enough deck chairs by the pool area and other guests were booking the available ones (leaving a towel or some other things) for hours without being by the pool! Hotel should place a notice that deck chairs are for the use of guests by the pool, not the ones having a 3-hour afternoon nap :(. Nothing. Quality of salads basic and tasteless, with no choice of dressings. The Breakfast was of poor quality and not of a great variety. The cooked breakfast, particularly the bacon was of poor quality, and frankfurters boring and perhaps catering for German guests . Tea and coffee was served by the waiter, fine for coffee, but not good for tea as it becomes stewed. Have never been to a hotel where your not given a pot of tea or coffee. Pool freezing, and not much to do for children generally. . not having an indoor, heated pool. When key was removen from socket not only didi the lights not work but I couldn't even answer the phone when it was ringing.the car park is a bit difficult to get into.
