The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Check in after 21:00 occurs at an extra charge of 35 euros. The Penthouse apartments feature a private swimming pool. All other apartments on the lower floors have access to the rooftop swimming pool. The pool is open from mid-May until the end of September. Kindly note that during Jan 2025 and Feb 2025 we will install a communal pool on the rooftop. This might cause some inconvenience to the guests residing in the penthouses located at the top floor.
