all reviews

Situation is very good, easy to reach from airport and connections to another places with puplic transport. Breakfast was good, staff was friedly and helpfull. Every thing was worth of price.Lobby. swimming pool on the roof. location was good terrace bar was nice to seat there with free internet. Nothing about the Hotel. Maybe the location. I went as it had a fitness suite, sauna and jacuzzi.. Neither the sauna or the jacuzzi were on and some equipment in the fitness room is falling apart so i was disapppointed with that! plus its was mainly weights, if they got a decent treadmill and rowing machine and a cross country trainer it would be an actual fitness room!! Everything else was fantastic though!!. One of tyhe reasons I booked the hotel was the fact it had internet access but upon arrival fgoundf that the inhouse computers were out of action and no explanation was given why or when they would likely to be fixed. Dinner menus felt were rather poor with roughly the same starters every night.Late night noise - and wake up call did not come as requested.poor air-con, this has been an issue for the past three years!. booked double room and had twin beds pushed together rather than a double bed, however I understand that this is normal practice.room was small and was not clean enough quite disoppointing as 3 star hotel . Dirty room. Smell of smoke from cigaretts all the time. Aircon not working. The room looked nothing like the pictures. Smelly beds. I stayed in a lot of hotels around the world. And this for sure cant be a 4 star hotel maybe 2star. I booked a 4 star hotel with letsbookhotel.com two weeks ago in Valencia that was exellent.
