Aivan rannan tuntumassa Marsalforn Bayssa sijaitseva Maria Giovanna on rennolla Gozon saarella. Tämä perheomisteinen guesthouse tarjoaa tyylikkäästi sisustettuja huoneita, joissa on ilmastointi ja parveke. Kahden sisaruksen johtama Maria Giovanna Guest House on saanut nimensä sisarusten äidin ja isoäidin mukaan, jotka pitivät majoituspaikkaa ennen heitä. Yksi sisaruksista on kondiittori, joka valmistaa joka aamu kotitekoisia leivonnaisia aamiaiseksi. Huoneissa on tyylikkäät kalusteet ja takorautavuoteet. Jokaisessa huoneessa on oma kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku, hiustenkuivaaja ja kylpytuotteita. Joistakin huoneista on näkymät Välimerelle. Kaikissa majoituspaikan tiloissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi, ja aulassa on internetpiste. Marsalforn on saaren suosituin lomakohde, jossa on lukuisia ravintoloita, baareja ja rantoja. Maltalle liikennöivät lautat lähtevät Gozon lauttaterminaalista, joka on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä.

The Maria Giovanna Guest House is the most special and wonderful place you could stay. The ambiance, the decor, the fantastic bedroom with its wonderful lace canopy and the scrumptious breakfast has to be experienced. Its location just a minute from the beach and water front is excellent. But what makes this guest house unique, is the staff - Anna, Marias daughter who runs the house and is so helpful and friendly, I can only say that she made us feel like a family friend rather than a guest.

I totally fell in love with Gozo and with this Guesthouse. Very friendly sisters and their father who made me feel welcome. They gave some very helpful tips. The room and bathroom (great shower!) were very nice and everything was very clean. Good location, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and the bus stop. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes and fresh fruit. You can borrow several items, including beach towels which saves you the trouble of bringing your own. I wish I had sta. we liked EVERYTHING. the two sister who run the guesthouse are simply adorable and make you really feel comfortable. we enjoyed everything. the most beautiful things were: 1.the breakfast! two delicious home made cakes every day, eggs&bacon and a lot more 2.you can get for free all you need: bath towels, sun protection, hats, the necessary for snorkeling... that makes you feel really cosy. very close to the beach, to the bus stop and to the restaurants. I had never been to Gozo before and Sonia and Anna graciously answered all of my questions prior to my departure from the usa. They arranged transportation from Malta Airport to the Ferry then to their Guest House. The breakfasts were homemade and delicious. I will stay there again and for a longer Holiday! Marsalforn is a wonderful small resort town and Marie Giovanna Guest House is steps from the beach and water. It's one of the best B&B I've never experienced. It's very close to the beach, clean, romantic, with antique and properly chosen furnitures, extremely kind staff and a unique and rich breakfast with a wide variety of home-made and delicious cakes which change every day. The staff make you feel at home and suggest you the best places to visit. I strongly recommend Maria Giovanna Guest House to everybody. The owners of the guest house were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very beautiful and clean and the breakfast delicious (full English breakfast, müsli, bread, cakes, yoghurt and fruit). The guest house is situated very close to the beach, to bus stop and small, cosy restaurants with sea view. A perfect place to stay for peace and quiet!. Breakfast was lovely. This place is very close to the harbour for swimming in beautiful clean water. Nice host. Charming room, free beach towels - really awesome - can't think what else you might want for the price - bed is a bit squeeky if you get lucky and there is no TV if you don't!. The Guesthouse is in the city centre at the old harbour, the best place in the city. The family was so nice and helpful. The furnituring is really kindly and everything is so clean. The sisters made us delicious cakes every morning, thanks for it. We couldn't find better in Gozo. We went out of season,so many of the restaurants were closed. The guest house is family run which is an advantage,it was clean and very comfortable. We would stay there again without any hesitation at all.Breakfast in the morning was cooked to order. Absolutely nothing. I had a room close to the street and a bar which was a bit noisy at times, especially as the noise went on until after midnight, so maybe double glazed windows/sliding door? A tv in the rooms but then again I did not really miss it. our room was in the direction of the street and sometimes a bit noisy. maybe ask for a room on the side. My stay was too short!. There is nothing you cannot like. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Because of the city center it is a little bit noisy!. The breakfast room could have done with some heat as it was on the cold side.
