What people say

The room was of very high standard. I strongly recommend rooms on the back-side of the hotel since they were much more quiet. The rooms were clean and the hotel very nice. Also, the staff were very helpful!. great service at a very good price. We were transferred to another hotel within the same chain, named Pergola Hotel, since Solana hotel was being refurbished. It was quite ok but still I prefer Solana. I had stayed there before and rooms, bathrooms and breakfast are better.

all reviews

The big size of the room suprised us.Once we had a new room, the stay was very comfortable. The pool on the roof. the pool was a bit cold and so was the water in the bathroom. to connect to the internet you had to go at the cafe puccini since from room it did not connect. In the indoor pool there were a lot of kids jumping without anyone saying nothing to them. The thing I hated most was the water pressure during a shower. The staff at the reception desk was not very friendly.I was bit to pieces in my room, by an army of ants. When i told Sharon, she said ants dont bite, well let me tell you they do very much so. I will not be back. and you have lost me as a daily customer, i would spend 7. 8 euros a day. At checkin, they asked for full payment for the stay, and then placed us in an unacceptable room. If I had seen the room before paying, I would not have stayed at the hotel. However, once a better room was available, the stay was fine.Loads of problems with the air conditionning. It was either roasting in the room or freezing. There was no way to regulate it. We stayed there early september and it was very hot outside so it would have been nice to have a normal temperature in the house. The hotel is a four stars but in my opinion it was more like an average three stars.
