The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is outside the tourist town of St Julian's but is easily accessible by buses 12 or 13. (You can get a bus day pass for 2.6 euros, which allows you to get on and off as many times as you like) Also, it was very quiet. It was the low season when I was there, so I had a five single-bed room to myself.

The room didn't have a tv but it wasn't an important consideration for me. This is mainly an international English school, so it's full of teenagers having a great time. They are constantly jumping in the pool and there is a disco every night. no free wi-fi. The agreement between hotel and taxis are terrible. The taxi to the airport cannot cost 17.50 euros per person, if the regular price is 18/19 euro for everything. That would be my only complain.The kitchen was very sparsely equipped and self catering was not really possible. The cleaning staff takes it very easy. Reception personel could be friendlier. .
