Comfy beds and cool air conditioning in hot hot sunny Malta in Aug. As these were the main hotel requirements, room was ok. Close to everywhere we wanted to go. Swimming in the warm clear waters of the Med and the bus station for days out. Swam in Malta, Gozo and Comino. Walk up to Qwara point for evening swim with the 'locals'. Great Holiday - room adequate.wszystkie opinie
The staff were friendly but the hotel was a dump!! How on earth has it got 3 stars surprises me. The hotel location - great. it was near the bus station. rude. Hotel added 2% visa charge to bill on arrival. Hotel does need major overhaul. Pool Area sunloungers fit for the bin.The corridors were filthy all the time. There was snot on our bedroom wall that was never cleaned off. Air conditioning was poor as room was too hot to stay in. 1 channell on tv was a joke. Swimming pool area has not been done up in god know's how long as it was filthy with litter everywhere. Breakfast, well i wont start. Fan in the room made to much noise. Never will return to this hotel. The room was adequate size for the price but the room was in poor condition. The toilet constantly stank of urine despite the cleaner cleaning on a daily basis. One have to ask for clean towel daily. and request a change of sheet every two days. The disturbing presence of flies and cockroaches in rooms.I have found a beetle in the bathroom, the staff was unkind, the windows were broken.
