The breakfast buffet was outstanding, one of the better ones we've had! The personnel were extremely nice and the service was outstanding. We got an outstanding deal on our room, as well. We never heard anyone else through the walls despite the hotel being very full. The proximity to local shops was convenient after we found a shortcut through an undeveloped lot. We were very satisfied with our stay.

We like everything about the Soreda. This was our third visit in just under a year so we wouldn't keep going if we didn't like it.Living in Gozo it just gives us a change for a few days The food is very good and now there is a better selection of TV channels it is better for us as we only go out mornings and stay in room the rest of the day.I thought the hotel was very good - nice facilities, friendly helpful staff and good food. Room was nice and help was immediiate when our power went out. Lovely pool on roof - unfortunately roof top bar was not open when we were there but ovely views from top. Good range of entertainment. They help and answer every question. The pool was very nice and clean. We booked 2 rooms and they were next to each other which was very convenient to us. The rooms had many space and had also a nice balcony. During the night there was a perfect silence.The room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, with tea/coffee making. There was a variety of food at breakfast and also at dinner. The indoor pool and jacuzzi where perfect. I'm looking forward for another weekend break at this hotel and we are thinking of the dates. The Soreda is a very nice, friendly, large hotel with all the facilities you need for a Family. The roof top pool is spectacular - my kids loved it. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The food there is excellent, a very good variety for all cultures. I liked everything about the Soreda. It was our second stay and I think the food [which we enjoyed the first time] was even better this time. There was a bigger variety so something for everyone. Our room was nice and the staff were helpful and friendly. We like this Hotel. Our apartment was big and very spacious. It had more then we required. We like the food both for breakfast and for dinner and the pool as well. The staff is very helpful. Recommended for sure. Hotel and staff were brilliant they couldn't of been anymore friendly R helpful if they tried that's from barmen, poolboys, cleaners, receptionist right to Alex, gorge, Denis the management I will go bk again 100%. The water pressure in the shower was minimal, at best. Most of the time, it didn't have enough pressure to maintain flow from the faucet to the shower head. Also the hot water was remarkably inconsistent. According to our friends who stayed in other rooms, this problem was not hotel-wide. The room was cold and took two full days to get us a heater in which only one 400wat bar worked so was of little good. That is our only negative about the hotel.nothing. nothing. The only thing we did not like was the ramp of the parking which was too narrow and steep to get through it. But still Ok because it was free and there were convenient space to park our cars.The parking I didn't like so much, but that is of small importance. It has been mentioned before and it is a problem - we were on the 5th floor, just below the roof top terrace. When people start moving sunbeds around and the green garden chairs at 7am, they just drag them from one place to another and you can hear every single movement. You would require more than felt pats to dimm the noise. Last visit I said that there should be 2 chairs in a double room but there was still only one chair. The other think I said was that they should put the felt studs on the legs of chairs and tables....again that hadn't been done. It would make it quieter when visitors were moving chairs. We heard the music that came from the restaurant from our apartment because it was too loud. Fortunately at 10.00pm the sound was lowered a bit. Otherwise all was excellent. Could have better air conditioning that's d only thing.
