All of the staff were super friendly and helpful in every way - they definitely went above and beyond for my friend and I during our stay. We would definitely highly recommend the upper level rooms as they are not as noisy. We ended up getting the best room in the hotel!. The Hotel staff were brilliant and were friendly and nothing was toomuch trouble for them .We will recommend to friends and we would staythere again no problem .Excellent position for restaurants and busservices to all parts of the Island.Wonderful friendly staff. Always willing to help and give advice. Marika sent a lovely helpful email prior to our stay.Would definitely stay there again. I wouldn't recommend an internal room with out a window. A little like being in prison, not even sure when the sun comes up.Will be better when bar and restaurant opens.this is more of a suggestion, not something I "didn't like": they very kindly offer free coffee and tea 24hrs. I thank them for this; however, it would be super if there was a pot (at least on occasion--breakfast, perhaps?) of fresh, real coffee rather than the instant type. THANKS! :). No real coffee for breakfast ... just instant. Generally this is a good little Hotel in a good place for paceville etc ... My main issue was Malta is the pollution, it has to be the worst fumes and rubbish that I have seen in a long time. Looks like they are doing a spain on it .... build build build. .
