Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that air conditioning is coin-operated, therefore comes as an additional cost (EUR 1, approximately 100 minutes). 3. The damage deposit of EUR 200 applies to a maximum of 1-4 people only and is adjusted to EUR 50 per person from the 5th person onwards. Please note after check-out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is EUR 200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which are paid in advance at the property on arrival. Please note monthly rates from September–May exclude utilities and monthly WiFi EUR 50. However, please keep in mind that this amount may vary depending on your consumption during your stay.
