The staff were amazing. They treated you like royalty. The rooms were just amazing and when they mention room with a sea view, they really do have an amazing view of the ocean. Would highly recommend this hotel if you don't have really tight budget. Rooms were alot cheaper in off peak months and can get an upgrade very easily if available. We are coming back for sure the next time we go to Malta.

I liked everything about the room, very comfortable...the bathroom was very convenient as the toilet was not in it which is definately better. The room itself is very spacious and the style is welcoming. More choice of snacks would be beneficial.Great spa, private residence with professional staff throught the complex. Had a great trip and would advise anyone tto stay there for the quiteness of balluta bay with all the ammenities close at hand.Location is convenient and the stuff are friendly.Friendly staff, nice location, very clean.Helpful advice from the travel agent in the downstairs lobby of hotel. Sadly the travel agent will no longer be working from this site. Friendly young ancillary staff at pool deck and also cleaners.Location, big clean rooms, free parking. If your gonna eat go out to one of the many good food outlets. Heaps of really nice restaurants close by.None. Nothing can be noticed!. Could take a while to get a lift at peak times. The hotel pool was not really big enough for the size of the hotel. Insufficient shaded areas.Internet service sometimes not available. The lifts werent very frequent. During our stay the hotel were obviously experiencing some problems with their drains. Some unpleasant odours in parts of the hotel!.
