Free WLAN; Wood floors in guest rooms; breakfast service. View from balcony was excellent, right in front of sea. I also liked WiFi facilities in the room without any charge.Peaceful location. The hotel has good facilities - pool/gym/spa and has a good view and location.Had an issue with the remote control so could not have an access to TV menu! And already informed them but was told it is weekend!!!! The lock of the balcony's door was not working probably so, it can be opened from outside easily!!! it might be my room only who had this issue so, maybe i was not lucky !!! . Absolutely nothing and we have been travelling and staying in hotels for 3 mths and this was the best - the people made it. refrigerator. Some service/minor fixes needed in room.cleanlyness of bathroom; lack of daily papers in the morning; non focused service at front desk; very noisy aircon compressor with balcony door open and therewith use of balcony not very attractive; poorly mainteained outside gardening; poor or total lack of signs to find the hotel when arrving with own car.price-quality ratio didn't meet 5 star hotel requirements. . The hotel feels old. Service was of a poor standard for a Radisson. 5 euro for a water in your room and 5 euro for bus when the exact same local bus to valletta is 47cents sets the tone. Pan pipe music over breakfast is just odd. The restaurant couldn't make half the menu and the wine of the month was unavailable yet still widely advertised around the room? The gym and pool were the best feature.
