Sogdiana sijaitsee vain 200 metrin päässä St. Julianin terminaalista ja muutaman askeleen päässä Pacevillestä, joka on Maltan suosituimpia yöelämän alueita. Kaikki huoneet ovat ilmastoituja, ja niissä on oma kylpyhuone.
Sogdiana on guesthouse, jonka yleisissä tiloissa on ilmainen WiFi. Huoneet sijaitsevat 6. kerroksessa, ja niissä on nykyaikainen sisustus, taulu-tv sekä minibaari. Joihinkin huoneisiin kuuluu parveke.
St. Georgen ranta ja Spinolan lahti ovat myös lähellä Sodgianaa, jonka henkilökunta tarjoaa hyödyllistä matkailuneuvontaa. Bussiterminaalista on yhteydet eri puolilla saarta sijaitseviin kohteisiin sekä Maltan pääkaupunkiin Vallettaan ja lentokentälle.

very small rooms. noisy air conditioner, only two litle windows, a bit expensive. Male employee of very doubtful character - locked himself into my room (without knocking) while I was in the room though he didn't know.
Female working there was very nice and helpful.
