I am Maltese, and i like this hotel so much and i go so frequent, it is in the centre of so many attractions and night life. the hotel is so up to standard and inside everything is perfect, comfortable pillows, mattress and amongst all the cleanliness is inapplicable. Everything is great, location, service, hotel rooms, we stayed in the suite, 60mq, with big balcony. With the city view, we would like to come back again to malta and to this hotel.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and the bed was amazing! Good location to explore the area or easily walk to nearby beaches and local transport. Location. Very modern furnishings Central location. the only thing that that it bothers me and that I was thinking of not going again is that one has to pay for the TV and not even a Maltese channel. In many of other hotels that i went from low budget to expensive hotels I never had to pay to see TV and they had some local channels. No water in the room, even if no free but you still can put some bottle of water in each room for the guests, and no slippers. For the price internet should have been included with the room and the TV and movies should have been also as the selection was very average when paying for them. As a boutique hotel there should be more luxury items in the bathroom like robes, slippers, tissues and more toiletries. In-experienced receptionists. Forced early Check Out (11 am). No room service. Spa was a bit of a let down, cold indoor pool, tepid sauna, not enough space for loungers. Was aggrieved at paying €2.50 a day per (Hard and not very big) bathrobe at a "Spa" hotel. no free wi-fi in room. Breakfast not included. No wifi in rooms. Rather expensive for a four star hotel during high season. that there wasnt enough sun loungers on roof, it must be improved. Need to pay extra for TV package. Slight smell of humidity in corridor.
