Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that swimming pool is available from the beginning of May until the end of October. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest credit card to guarantee the booking Please note that upon check-in a deposit ranging between €100-€250 will be blocked on your credit card for any extras / incidentals. Infinity Rooftop is open daily between May-October (weather permitting). Guests under 18 yrs of age will be denied check-in.
