Hotel Santana was so much better than we had expected, it is a delightful 4 star hotel right beside the bugibba bus terminal where you can take a bus to anywhere on the island, the staff are extremely friendly and willing to assist you with any queries or questions you may have, always smiling and cheerful. The breakfast was plentyful a buffet of all kinds from yoghurt, cereals, granola, breads, juices, teas and coffees, also a full english breakfast buffet it will surly set you up for the day.
all reviews » Fab location. Close to beach and night life. We stayed 13 nights on B/B. would prob not bother with breakfast of booking again as we only made it 5 mornings as it ends at 10. We were very happy with our standard room which was a good size and had a good sized balcony. The room was serviced everyday. Very good location,we can reach everything easily,the bus terminal is only 3minutes by walk to reach the other sides of Malta.nice staff,good room and pool on the roof.we liked it very much and warmly recommend for everybody. Very good price!!!!!!!. I loved that it was so close to everything- the beach, shops, restaurants, the bus... Good that there was AC in the room and the lounge was very cool and nice to sit in. The pool on the roof was very nice too. Asked for extra bed and gave me a suite with no extra charge, good variety of breakfast. Excellent Location , indoor and out door pool very nice. cleanliness, friendly staff located near the sea and good breakfast and buffet dinner as well. it has all facilities. Buffet breakfast, good location close to the bus terminal, marvellous view from the roof terrace, helpful staff. The staff is very help full and always with a smile. Breakfast was plentyfull and variable. we needed a break and it was a success and we had a relaxing time there. Such good value for money and very near to the bus station and promenade. The only 2 negative opinions I have are about the wifi it costs 5 euro for 10 hours you can log out and save your minutes but its complicated to do this everytime also the signal is not great in the rooms and although the bathroom was nice and modernly decorated it flooded due to the lack of shower screens and the water leaked into the bedroom carpets which was a little discomforting. Breakfast a little bit poor. Cealing fan not working and ends up with standing fan. the air conditioner was regulated at certain hours of the day. small room, water runs out of the shower, indoor pool was only opened at the weekend. The heating in the room was switched off during the night. A curtain must be fitted in the shower to avoid water all over the place. i ordered a pizza from la mentha restaurant and the dough was packed of flour.
