Liked everything about this little hotel! Arrived late at night - no problem, the hotel had been in touch prior to arrival which made us feel really welcome. Huge thanks particularly to Lizzie (reception, lots of helpful tips and recommendations), Barbara (ever smiling, breakfasts cooked to order - brilliant!) and Milka (who looked after our room very well). Excellent location. Very pleasantly surprised that the 'room' we booked turned out to be a very modern mini suite with separate lounge / k.
alle vurderinger I loved it. The whole staff made me feel as I was part of the family. It looks like a family run business. They cooked breakfast for me everyday and they took it to my room free of charge. Lovely staff. Facilities are good, bear in mind that it is a simple hotel, not a 5 star, but has everything you need if you are on holidays. I was a solo traveler who wanted to explore the whole country, and for that the location was great. I would definitively come back, I am already missing the bacon and eg. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and would be hard-pressed to come up with a better bargain than the Park Lane. Loved everything about this hotel. Great location, nice spacious room, hot breakfasts cooked to order were wonderful, and the staff was exceptional!. Very spacious apartment with comfortable beds and all the facilities you need for a holiday. Excellent location - just up the road from Bugibba bus station and plenty of restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Small professionally managed apartman hotel. Rich breakfast with cooked menu. The best internet access in our Malta vacation. Transmitters are in every floor. Street parking close to the hotel. Amazing maid service, very spacious apartment with kitchenette, very close to any facilities including bus station, beaches, supermarket and shops. Large room, central location, very friendly staff - couple of good recommendations for places to eat from them, breakfast freshly cooked to order. Friendly staff couldnt do enough for you. Excellent location for beach ,bus terminal and restaurants. Would highly recommend the park lane. Perfect place for time out. Private, cosy and very lovely hotel. People love their job there. Highly recommend!. Very friendly and polite staff, Wi-Fi works perfectly good location comfortable bed good breakfast. My only complain is that the shower was not correctly installed, so it was not possible to fix it to the wall and shower comfortably. So I had to shower using in the manual mode. Other than that the hotel is fantastic. Street noise from my second-floor room could be loud at times. My friend and I had two bad experiences booking tours at the tour company located directly next door to the Park Lane. They were misleading and we ended up having to pay more than we had been promised for two sightseeing tours. In retrospect, we wish we would have booked our tours directly through the Park Lane staff, as they are very knowledgeable and helpful!. We stayed in the 3-bedroom family apartment on the 4th floor and unfortunately the water pressure was very poor so the 2 showers were pretty bad. I don't know if this applies to the other apartments and this was the only problem we had with the accommodation. The place with a lot of tourists. Outside noise from opened windows. Nothing really, there were a couple of minor niggles with the room but as the hotel is being refurbished on a room by room basis I am sure that those will be sorted out when that particular room gets a makeover. Fridge in my number worked too noisy.
