Location is great, in the center of Bugibba town. A lot of pubs, not far from the sea. Good price. Breakfast was also not so bad as for such a low price. We spent only one night with family, before moving to all inclusive resort. Must say it is ok for one night or two, not more. Unless you are on partying trip :). Very good location, close to bus stops, restaurants, local beaches. Breakfast is suitable. First we got a room on the 1st floor facing to a wall, then - after realizing we don't really like it - they offered another one on the 4th floor with sea view.

Nice roof terrace for sunbathing but only a very short walk to beach.The cleaness was great, the service was great, the food was average, new towels everyday. Close to a beach and dinner places, also a bus terminal is close.Wi-Fi is included and free and fast. Rooms needs to be renovated. Mold all around the windows. Beds are not comfortable. As I said it is ok for short staying :). We didn't like the local beaches, so we traveled 30mins to the Golden Beach every day by bus. Local restaurants are terrible, for the same price you will get much better service and food in Mdina, Rabat, or near Valetta, what is more, in a much more cozy place. Beds were very uncomfortable but for the price it was acceptable. No latch on slider door to balcony, let alone a lock!! No tea/coffee although jug and cup available. Maintenance poor, toilet leaked. Furniture was a bit dated and tatty in places. It could do with a bit of a refurb. Your opinion could be formed by what you have paid for your stay. The aircondition was too noisy and the fan was very old and "untrusty". The first two days was a lot of electric shortcuts and a lot of people were stuck in the elevators. The hotel we had booked was all of the sudden full so we had to move to another hotel, NOT GOOD! The room nedded to be repainted. The TV had only 3 channels...no music channel and no children´s channel. The noce from the street was awful, specially the first night because the bar infront of us had kareoke. Noise street life, if you are in street side.Poor old room with small tv. No possible to use mini fridge-extra cost.Breakfast was not good, poor and nothing to take, better go outside to eat.It was also hard to find the hotel, because it was kind of hidden in building. Pool in roof was cold and dirty.
