Staff is helpfull and very friendly, perhaps like the most of Maltese people-the best people of Mediterranean I think so. Location is one of the best on Malta, famous touristic place and just 20 minutes away by bus from the best beach on Malta( Melieha of Gadira bay) The breakfast and dinner are very good. Good and accurate personel. price/quality ratio is very good. We had a poolside room, where also the entertainment took place. Not a good idea if you want to go to sleep earlier as 23:30 hrs, but nice if you like this. We had to leave at 4:30 Hrs from the hotel and the receptionist gave us a wake up call.

The staff were so friendly. The night security guy Alfred, in particular. Absolute character. Also, it was extremely good value. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very friendly and willing staff, the hotel was clean and superb value. Breakfast was good and the pool area and pool bar were great fun. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was to noisy for me because my room was just in front of the way and noise isolation was not good enough. The toilet and douche where working in my second room not so good. Air conditioning and ceiling fan were a little noisy. A little dirty here and there - but you get what you pay for. Indoor pool closed, but that was of little consequence. very early breakfast (until 9.30), got cold because of insane a/c temperatures in reception, staff sometimes doesnt pay attention when you come for something. The room was slightly dated with an old style box tv. Only single glazed windows so quite noisy in rooms. Dirty towels, expensive internet connection. NO Wi-fi was a huge disappointment. Unhelpful staff,I have asked for pharmacy they told me to go on the street and ask people.Receptionist did not know enything about swimming pool opening times [outdoor pool shut]. Poor games room. Room not cleaned up to my standarts.
