I am satisfied,we recive that what we expect.Everything was nice,room was clean,big enough,price good!Nothing to complain. The Staff was extremely nice and cooperative. The room was very clean and modern. Bathroom was very clean and renovated. the staff, the lounge area and the location. The lady at the reception (Jackie) was really nice. She helped us with all the information we asked for. In general all the people in the reception counter. The cleaner, the name I think is Josephine was also really nice to us. The swimming pool area was really good too. Nice atmosphere!!!!.
all reviews » we think that the it is a nice hotel, with good accomodations, but the best is the atention, beucause the workers are very nice and to help all the time for everything. Nice polite staff - very helpful and friendly indeed.The Staff at this hotel were very helpful and always happy. Analisse at reception was the the star, a beautiful smile and very helpful and welcoming. The Man in charge of the breakfast room was also excellent and very friendly. The location in Sliema was perfect, just a two minute walk to the Sliema ferries. the hotel is little dated, but thsi is not a problem. We intend oin staying again, or only regret is that we did not stay two weeks. Room was nice and staff was friendly. Location is good. - Rooftop swimming pool - Ideal location - 24h/24h reception. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. we had asked for a double bed but was offered a single one. A lot of construction going on so a bit noisy. we did´nt have a bad experience, but we did´nt like the insects at nigth.The hotel is being used to accommodate many students and regrettably the students don't respect the other guests' peace and quiet. They are in and out of each other's rooms, and constantly banging doors, well into the early hours of the mornings. . My Mother bed had a broken spring which had been cut, and was a little sharp. This was mentioned not fixed, and also the lift got stuck a couple of times. Not major issues and easily sorted out. There is one negative however, and that is there are a large number of English Language students staying there, and they could be quite loud, our room was fine but my mother and neice were sharing a room and had a coule of sleepless nights, but we are pretty laid back people and and they were having fun. There was no proper light in the bathroom, the bathroom was dirty. - No wifi in the rooms - Very small shower - 2 single beds when we asked for one big - Rooms floor not cleaned even once in a whole week - No control over ventilation. As with previous visitors we found the stink in the foyer area to be very offputting. The foyer is used as an email and gathering point for the people staying in the hotel, and the smell of unwashed bodies and dirty feet is nauseating to say the least. The toilet did not flush, there was no mattress cover, the mattress was old and uncomfortable and the carpets were worn and dirty. Overall a bad experience. We moved to another hotel which was ten times better for only a hand full of extra euro.
