We stayed in Depiro Point from the 3rd of April to the 10th April 2013.
We were warmely welcomed on our arrival by Neil and Daniel Farrugia and
their father who own the property and are responsible for the manning
the front office, which is located ideally at the front of the building,
should one have any inquiry during their stay.
The Aparments are new and furnished in a light and contemporary fashion. We were awarded the pentouse apartment, on the seventh floor, which gave a marvelous aspect . alle bewertungen
1St Class. Brand new apartments. Very well finished. Very comfortable
and peaceful location. Couldn't really fault. Great location but
only a few minutes from the front and 10/15 mins walk to Sliema
ferry ( get a good map as easy to go wrong along the narrow streets).
Nice to have large tv , dvd player and wi fi was excellent. For a few
extra £'s well worth getting the penthouse. Would definitely
recommend. Very helpful reception. Organised our bus to airport for our
return. Will be back!!.
I liked the staffs and facilities very much. It is also located very close from the bus stop so you can easily go to everywhere. I personally stayed in a two bedroom apartment with family members and all was excellent. Staff were all friendly and good to me. I firstly hesitated to book here as there were no reviews at all but i do recommend you to stay here as i had a super great family holiday here. Thank for it!.
Clean new spacious apartment. Well equipped and furnished.
Reception staff most helpful and friendly. Once you get your bearings fairly convenient to ferries, buses etc. Small well stocked supermarket with long opening hours across the road. Larger supermarkets are further away. Convenient to waterside swimming etc.
I would not call it a hotel but a apartment block nothing wrong at all with it well equipped but you need to buy everything if you are cooking and take your rubbish down to the garage also no toiletries. Plenty of towels and clean. We enjoyed our stay but if you are looking for the hotel experience this is not it.
conveniently located for buses to Valleta. we had a newly built apt so everything was shiny and clean except for some worker's things around the building. staff was prompt and helpful in taking care of small problems. the layout and design was pleasant visually and comfortable.
Very nice procedure to get the keys from the apartments, the taxi driver, who met us at the airport, saw us off to the room and gave the keys, so we should't wait for someone to come, cause we arrived early in the morning on Sunday. Very proffessional and helpful stuff.
The location was perfect for me and my family, the is small grocery very close, seaside less than 2 mins walk, the staff is very corroborative, flat is very clean and it has big balcony equipped with two chair beds and table with 4 chairs, bus stop very near.
Large room, high-quality internet access, some kitchen facilities, reasonable price. Overall good deal. Location good (not a long walk from the coast, maybe 200 meters) though not great (inland and not much immediately around it).
The room was lovely, and well finished in a modern style. Very comfortable, and the hotel was very clean. Great location without being in a loud locale. Great value for money and staff very helpful, will stay there again.
Apartment next door was unfinished during our visit and workmen were
starting tiling next door at about 8.30am but fortunately only lasted
about 20 mins each time. They were not too noisy but enough to wake you
up. Should all be finished very soon though.
It was little bit complicated to find the place at first but once you get to know it, the location is super.
I could not fault the staff in any way. The light in the bathroom could be brighter (female comment). Otherwise apartment was 5 star.
there was no balcony furniture (they were working on that we were told).
no coffee pot or coffee maker. everybody drinks instant we were told.
the bathroom had no bathtowel rack . the bath tub did not have a safety rail. for a 5-day stay we would have liked another set of hand towels.
Still some building work going on - finishing off some areas of the building, but that is the only fault we could find.
